Recent Spoils aka slightly frustrating trip to MAC

So MAC is obviously not the be all and end all of make up but it is good. I went to MAC in Bristol and was disappointed by the service. Too many people giving make overs to little girls and not enough people serving, and by the way would eye contact and a smile be too much to ask?  You  work in a shop and customers pay your wages!   Online shopping is what i will do from now on.
Rant over.
And with that said here is a little review of what I purchased.

Twinks eye shadow a plummy brown pearl. Not as pigmented as I'd have liked but nice. Is it me or has the quality of the eye shadow gone down a notch?

Deelight cremesheen lipglass . A mid tone neutral pink beige with no glitter or shimmer. Love this and recommend it for any skin tone.

Melba powder blush. Soft coral peach. Yes that is choirs of angels you hear. This has to be the best blusher I have tried for my skin tone. It is pigmented, blendable and matte (no sparkles, glitter or shimmer to accentuate my wrinkle, pores and all of the others nasties that come with age).

Mac Zoom Lash is what I asked for and MAC Zoom Fast Black Lash is what I was given, again bad service MAC Bristol, this is why I'd like to be able to pick my make up up by myself not wait for a shop assistant to notice me (in his own time)be  told to wait in a long queue to order my stuff from the counter and wait for someone to get it for me hoping all the time they can manage to get it correct.
Basic good quality black mascara.

UPDATE

I am so disappointed with this mascara.  After trying it a few times I realise it is awful stuff, clumpy, wet, goes everywhere.  Mascara application is not rocket science, (not what retailers would have you believe) look in mirror, apply mascara and go.
If you want a high end mascara go YSL or Lancome for a treat.  In my oh so humble opinion  you cannot go wrong with Collection 2000 (volume sensation) or Rimmel (sexy Curves)
